I do 8-10k a month out of a trailer. But the important number is what do you keep
because all my business is commercial and scheduled in advance I don't have a lot of the expense that others do. No advertising, traveling from place to place, etc.
But everything I do is 1099 so TAXES.
I've done more and had chances to do a lot more and tried it for a while but it was a big hassle so I stopped doing it. Could go on and on with reasons but that's my short answer.
