Thanks for the question Shane.

The simple answer is No, Yes, No & Yes Big Grin

I had a fabricator make up the plate which sits tightly over the solution tank.

It is not screwed nor fixed permanently to the tank in any way.

It is all formed from the one piece of aluminum.

On the front is my web site.

There is a cut-out to fill the solution tank.

The plate then carries on over the tank to the rear where the two bottle holders, of different size are located.

In one is a quart of Punch, in the other is a smaller bottle of a water soluble, solvent type spotter.

This plate was made for the original tank and doesn't fit as well on the newer model tank.

I will get another plate made up with a few minor changes.

Fill opening to be lower down.

Swap over spotter bottle holders and move them about two inches lower.

This way I can have the most used spotter under my right hand, away from the solution release trigger.

The plate is also off-set because the solution cable was not taken into consideration when we first made the plate.

Next one shall be aligned properly.

One other point, the red box is where I join my extension lead.

I like to use different length leads for different situations.

This box keeps them from coming apart and also keeps the plugs dry when it's raining & I'm moving from van to job, etc;

I just went and took some close-up pics, but my Photobucket is playing up, so I'll post them A.S.A.P.

Here you are Shane.

Front of tank showing how much higher the old fill hole was.

Shows how the plate simply goes over the tank.

Two spotter boxes that are welded onto the rear.

Also shows how they are too close to the triggers.

Same again but with spotter bottles removed to show size difference.

Originally, this machine did not have the on/off switch, that was another modification. Blush

Hope this helps.
