Commercial Carpet Restoration by Hoss Home Care

This was part of 44K sf cleanup Hoss Home Care, LLC did for a national hospitality group that had completely renovated a new hotel. The hotel was new in that it had never been occupied, but had been dormant for years before being purchased and finished by new investors. They needed the work done in three days in order to open on time, while construction was still going on. We were up to the challenge and so was the equipment and chemicals from Excellent Supply.

The pictures below show the ballroom/ banquet floor that had been used for construction storage for about 10 months. It was completely impregnated with construction dust and debris, beaten down, smelly and the fairly intricate original carpet design and color was not really apparent at all.

Hoss Home Care employed CRB, HEPA vacuuming, followed by the Orbot with microbeasts and DS2 and resolved all of their carpet problems. The color popped back out again, the nap was restored, the carpet smelled good and had a nice spring underfoot. The same results were complimented on by the Owner and the subcontractor throughout the 77 rooms where we also used the souped up Lowboy engineered by Excellent Supply with the grey Fibermax pads shower fed through the Vario spray system.

The ceramic tile also turned out great too, but that is another story.
