Shorty nailed it right on So much to know before even get into it.
We may need to get back into it, but when we did a lot of rugs years and years ago I know it drove me crazy particularly the pick up and delivery side of it.
Example Yes Mrs Smith we will be there Saturday at 2.00pm to bring your rugs back, fast forward Saturday at 2.00pm we are sitting in her driveway no one home, wait and wait get fed up take rugs back to the shop send my guys home, 4.30 the phone rings guess who, I need my rugs to night we are having a party WHAT DO YOU DO??????
