Here are the directions from the Encap-Punch label:
TRAFFIC LANE PRE-SPRAY: Per gallon dilutions with hot water.
Light = 8 oz. 1:16 | Medium = 10 oz. 1:12 | Heavy = 12 oz. 1:10
Spray Encap-Punch to thoroughly wet the traffic lane and heavily soiled areas. Allow five minutes of dwell time before cleaning.
That's how you do it. If it's as bad as you're saying, then lix it at 12 oz per gallon and allow 5 minutes of dwell time. Then clean with Encap-Clean DS2 like normal. You will most likely find that you can apply a little bit less juice while you're scrubbing with your Cimex and get good results because the Encap-Punch is adding its soil releasing function to the cleaning. Using Encap-Punch on a heavily soiled carpet can really make a difference.
