Encapping oily carpets

Thanks everybody for the response, Now i'm rethinking telling my few restaurants that i'm no longer equipped to do there job! I dont like that kind of work, but it is money, and I will like it alot better if I can encap them x10. This was the kind of grease that I had to break down in layers right outside the kitchen doors (It was like emolsifie and extract at high temps over and over to get to the carpet in a few spots) Do you think I can keep this and my other couple of restaurants with releasit and cimex? If so do you think DS2 would be the best?
