Just in case you are wondering what Rick means, here's a breakdown.
To steer a 175, it requires either lifting the handle up, or lowering it down.
It's been many years since I used one, so the memory has a few cobwebs, but here goes.
If you want to take the machine to the left, you lift the handle up.
If you want the machine to go to the right, you lower the handle down.
If I'm wrong, the machine will go in the opposite direction to what I have said.
Now, if you put wheels on the machine, you are taking the torque away from the drive head, ie; you are lifting the entire drive head either off the floor, or trying to push it into the floor.
The axle and wheels will be acting as a fulcrum and the handle as the lever.
I hope I've made that all as clear as mud??.

I don't regret my past, I just regret the times I've wasted with the wrong people.
Take me as I am, or watch me as I go.
I'll retire when I can no longer do what I love, or I no longer love what I can do.
Stop moving, start dying........
