You could simply spray the carpet with Encap-Punch, give it a few minutes of dwell time, then scrub with your scrubber using Encap-Clean DS2.
On the other hand, some guys will apply their pre-spray using a scrubber. If you use a machine to apply Encap-Punch, you'll have the added benefit of adding agitation to the application of the pre-spray. You'll find that the secondary cleaning step will be easer to accomplish because the initial agitation has already loosened the soil. And you may find that you won't need to re-clean the less soiled areas, since the carpet has already been cleaned with an excellent CRI approved encapsulation detergent (post-vacuuming may be all that's required to recover the soil in those lighter soiled sections - without requiring further cleaning).
