Hello all - we are finally going to get started with the samples received in one of our biggest buildings.
My question is this: after using wet extraction methods for years on these carpets, what preparation is needed, beforehand, to prep the carpet area we are testing for this new method?
TIA - SS3PBM

Vacuum if needed & get testing. Encap is real simple. Apply solution, scrub, let dry.

Charles is correct.
If you are looking for even better results, and based on your equipment, I would recommend.
1. Vacuum with a good vac. CRB or pile lifter is even better if available.
2. Apply solution and scrub with fiber plus pad. Solution should turn white when scrubbed.
3. Follow up with microbeast pad for additional extraction. Less solution needed on this step.
4. Allow to dry and have customer vac for final extraction.
