Does Ph make a difference for encap?

What ph is best for encap cleaning. Should a high ph encap be used for soil removal and a low ph be used for say browning e.t.c. I know this is the case when using hwe but not sure about encap.

Same rules apply to encap as other methods of cleaning.

pH is a factor, not the only factor, but pH does play a role in a products overall performance.
