Question on ranking on this board.

Ok, here goes.

I and Shorty have been here a long time, why is it that Shorty and I are only 3 stars. I mean for the info that Shorty post, he should at least be a Field Marshall by now and me well I might not post much but I am like the uncle that comes over for Christmas and never leaves.

I should at least have 4 stars and be a General or something.

Here's how the stars work on this forum. It all relates to how many posts you've made. Here's how it breaks down...

ENCAP NEWBIE: 0 Posts = 1 Star
JUNIOR ENCAPPER: 1 Post = 2 Stars
ENCAP PRO: 25 Posts = 3 Stars
ENCAP MASTER: 100 Posts = 4 Stars
ENCAP HEAVYWEIGHT: 250 Posts = 5 Stars

In fact I have lowered the thresholds from the stock settings to make it easier for you guys to move up the scale. So keep posting and become Encap Heavyweights!

PS And I get lots of stars because I'm The Encapman. Or is it because my Avatar's so good looking? Actually it's just the way the message board works by default for the forum owner.

I am a newbie, here at least, but am very motivated by compensation- How bout' each level achieved gets a prize or, How bout the most interesting post each month gets a freebie- and the least interesting gets a fine- haha!

I guess we could do that. It's a great idea. Sounds like fun.

1. How about a free quart of Encap-Spot when someone reaches ENCAP PRO. It doesn't take that much to make 25 posts.

2. And then a free case of FiberPlus pads when someone gets to ENCAP MASTER (100 posts).

3. And a free case of Releasit (winner choses which product they want) when they get to ENCAP HEAVYWEIGHT (250 posts).

Here's the catch... You guys will need to contact me to let me know when you reach each level in order to claim your prizes, because I'm not going to set up a system to monitor the status of your levels as you post. I've been a "heavyweight" for several decades now, (31 years this year ).

So for the last couple of months I've been losing weight while She Who Must Be Obeyed is giving me 9.5 weeks holiday.

But she's due back next week.
