Here is pic of a recent restaurant job we did.  It hadn't been clean in years.  I started with Punch and CRB,  mixed DS2 a little hot at 6oz/gal and did 1 wet pass/1 slow dry pass w/ overlap with the Cimex.  Customer was very happy!

I use a very similar setup for restaurants as you just did. Great results every time. Did you use beige pads or grey pads? I have been using grey for awhile now and it helps speed up the process.
