I cleaned it about a year ago, and that was my first time. I know they like the way they are turning out so I will keep my fingers crossed. The carpets have been neglected for a long time now I guess. They told me they vacuum the carpets about once a month, and get them cleaned about once a year I cant imagine how much foot traffic there is, but to only vacuum once a month is destroying the carpets. It doesnt help that we get a lot of snow either. I am trying to get them to clean the carpets more regularly. So, we will see how that goes.
