what type of money are we talking about... do you have any say $5000 monthly accounts... my gosh that would be sweet to have an account like that... mine is about $300...

I have had big accounts, usually required employees and not without a degree of stress, but somebody has to do them. Currently I have mostly 1000.00 and lower monthly accounts, many 4 times a year and bi-annually.

we've never had a monthly account. a lot of quarterly's fortunately, they are great accounts to get.

Well my best accounts now that I think of it are once a year Gov't jobs, no contract but I get called back every year. I will do 113,000 sq. ft. soon.
I can do that job in 4 days with a helper and a TM - this year is OP and Cimex.

nice LARGE job. it would take the two of us 3-4 days as well, with just 1 vacuum and 1 Cimex.

I actually had to borrow another 100 ft of vacuum hose and solution line to do it, and most Gov't jobs have only one or maybe only 2 access points you can enter/leave due to security measures- I will laugh at their rules when OP'ing.
