Both are good choices.

Encap-HydrOX works well. Give it 10 minutes of dwell time.
Encap-Clean DS2 is excellent on olefin Berber too (I'm assuming that it's olefin).

An advantage to Encap-HydrOx is that it can correct browning associated with wicking. And since olefin is a nasty wicker, Encap-HydrOx has an advantage. However Encap-Clean DS2 gets the nod for cutting through petroleum and oily soils. Like I said, "both are good choices".

Rick you say dwell, how do you dwell if your using a shampoo tank ?

go over the area with the scrubber and let the solution flow. turn off scrubber. set timer for 10-15 minutes. then go over area again with scrubber only.

I use a cordless sprayer.(Rick sells a nice one) walk through and prespray then after dwell time go over it with your scrubber adding more solution if needed while cleaning.(don't spray to large of an area so the encap dries before you get to that area.) For me, I use hydrox along with punch in heavily soiled areas. Customers also light the fresh scent of odorcide added in to break the pet odor.
