48 hours until my first hardwood floor cleaning job. I will be doing cleaning only (no polish step). I have Basic Coating's Squeaky floor cleaner and cotton pads with a green stripe for my cymex. Haven't decided if I'm going to apply the cleaner by misting with a sprayer or with a microfiber mop. either way, I will follow application with buffing with the cymex.
anyone have any suggestions, feedback, or experiences to share?

I don't have much hardwood cleaning experience but if you use cotton or micro fiber pads with your Cimex you should be fine. Use a good quality cleaner like bona products or other reputable stuff and all should go well.

Applying the cleaner with a sprayer would work best I think.

I am interested in hearing about hardwood floor work. I have seen the stuff for basic coating and from what I hear and see, looks like a real quality product. Heard other cleaners talk good about it.
With the initial cleaning, aren't you supposed to use a white pad first? Or am I all wet with that idea?
Follow up with a MF pad sounds reasonable.
Out of curiosity, what does cleaning and or recoating command for price by the Sq Foot?
