Pimp my Orbot
#1
Here is a cheap, quick and Easy way to improve the looks of your Orbots.

Installed a chrome strip around the bottom. Bought it at AutoZone. Exact width and sticks very well with the provided 3m tape.

I like to see the results of what people can accomplish when they start to think "outside the box".

Great idea, no more blue scuff marks on the white skirtings/walls. Big Grin Blush

I don't regret my past, I just regret the time I've wasted with the wrong people.
Take me as I am, or watch me as I go.
I'll retire when I can no longer do what I love, or no longer love what I do.

I did the same to my Cimex a few years ago too, except I glued a foam strip on first and then applied the chrome strip on top of that. Makes a very good bumper, looks great and no problems coming off after all this time.[Image: Photo0065-1.jpg]

Strip is made by (or imported by) Cowles Custom Product Company. New Haven Connecticut.
The one I bought is the 1 3/8 inch wide. Comes in 8 foot length for under 20 bucks.
