orbot vs challenger
#46
8 inch is probably as big as you can go if you bolt them on like perry did. Any bigger would hit the deck I think. Yes Pad thickness does affect the way the head contacts the floor with fixed wheels. Unless you slot the holes for adjustments or make the head free floating it is a little tricky to get the angles right.

Is the Orbot a lot easier to maneuver?

My Challenger came with wheels but I am curious about the Orbot's cleaning power. Is the version of the Challenger you are talking about an outdated machine? All the ones I compared online had wheels attached. http://challengerop.com/product-category...-packages/

Hi Amanda,
I think it is a Ford vs Chevy thing. I love my Orbot but assume the cleaning capability is similar to the Challenger. The biggest indicator of cleaning success is always the operator!!!

the difference Amanda is that the Orbot wheels stay on the ground while the machine is cleaning.

the Challenger's wheels rise up off of the floor whilst cleaning.

unless the new owner has manu'ed them differently.?.
