Your welcome Stephen, we always try to match up the best "fit" for each customer. If there is one thing I have learned here (and I hope I've learned more than one thing) it's that there is not always just one way to get something done and each customer has their unique circumstance. The end result with Releasit Encap products is always the same though- clean carpets, but there are different ways to get there ie: Rotary,Orbital,Cimex,CRB,HWE.

Rod, your advice was to go with the BrushEncap (as was Rick's). I got the used Duplex because I could afford it and because I do other types of cleaning. What I want others to take away is that you really took time to discuss it with me. Much appreciated!
