Vario question
#1
[Image: th_20140605_114528.jpg]

Rick:
Why is there only one screw? Should there be two? And what is their purpose?
Outside of that,I'm liking this OP way more than my old Challenger even though the overall footprint is larger. Less real estate in the van now more than ever. Quick delivery. Thank you to you and your staff,as always.

Hi Patrick,

Glad to hear that you're liking the Vario. We love this smooth running OP too!

That is a set screw that mates up with a notch in the axle to prevent the axle from drifting sideways. The axle is only notched on one side, since there's really not much side to side torque going on with the axle, and one set screw in the notch on one side is sufficient to prevent the axle from sliding sideways.

Enjoy your new Vario!!!
