Brushes and Pads for agitation and drying
#1
I am always trying to reinvent myself as a cleaning company
Most of the time we do HWE in the homes and encap on commercial.

I had a real nasty job yesterday and i decided to pull out the 175 and put a carpet brush on it and aggregated the carpet and then put bonnet after cleaning to wipe off and help dry.

well here lies my question, i have the cimex already in the truck can i buy just brushes for it and can i buy little bonnets for it... AND should i not use brushes should i use a pad instead.

Also will the cimex and pads/brush hurt or cause tip bloom ????

Yes you can use the carpet brush heads and then switch to little green strippers. And no tip bloom.

thats what i needed to know, well one more thing ... is the brush the best option or is there a pad that works better... and while i am at it what are other benefits to using the pads after cleaning.
Drys faster ?
wipes up that little bit of dirt that still may be on the carpet ?

I'm not sure which would work better as a pre-rinse agitation-Fiber plus pads or the brush as I never never did a "head to head" test. And with using the little bonnets, yes, picks up more moisture and soil but not as much soil as say with an OP but it is still an effective tool.
