Won the account based on this demo. Relasit Basic, 6 ounces per gallon, modified orbot (one cetral jet), using microfiber with scrub strip.[Image: 0ee9f6a798a1b40867c1974cde6d8e51.jpg][Image: 849f3fe214cf9eb41a14945f1d7b3b46.jpg]

Tell me....why did you go to one spray jet? I am always looking at ways to improve..

I switched to a single jet because it seemed to me that the jet design for the orbot was poorly thought out.

Mainly that the supply line comes down the left side of the machine to the one jet, then goes over to the right jet. No matter how I seem to mess with it, the distribution of product was slight off with more product being applied to the left side.

Now I use a single jet with a wider fan spray to cover the path of the Orbot, overlap my passes by 3 inches, and it comes out really nice.

The credit for this idea goes to Joe Gilstrap. Can't remember if he is on this board or the other one. You can find his videos on YouTube.

Really hope i win the photo contest this month Smile

One more thing to clarify about these pictures. The black marks are the traffic lanes in between where the pieces of equipment were. The last cleaner could not resolve them with hot water extraction

110 degree .03 gal per min.

Im going to experiment wit .04 gal and .05 per minute. Ill grab a pic of the front of the machine later so you can see how i modified the jet location.

Thanks. Did a job recently with the Orbot and while running it, I kept thinking about your mod.

Rick... I know that nobody wants the Summer to be over, but September is here. So who won the August contest? Smile

It is a replacement for the no good velcro plate disc. Much beefier holding power. Wont chew your pads or microfiber apart. It is sold exclusively through Excellent Supply. Not on their site. ? ??
Call and ask for the Dura Grip. About fifty bucks..
