Looking at doing a lot of hallways in a Hotel, close to 35000 Sq. Ft.

How long would it take?

Private message me if you want to share pricing.

Thanks

What system would you be using ?

I reckon I could knock that out in about 20 hours or less.

For hallways it would be easy to consistently nail 2,000+ sq ft per hour with the Cimex and Encap-Clean DS2. In fact you'll probably hit top speeds of 3,000 sq ft per hour on this one. Figuring at a base rate of just 2,000 sq ft per hour, that works out to 17.5 hours. Like Shorty said - less than 20 hours. And if you were to charge .08 per sq ft for 35,000 sq ft, which is a fair price for LARGE areas, you'll generate $2,800 ($160 per hour). Not bad! I hope you get it. Smile

Jacobs makes a valid point about "location". Prices fluctuate around the country. In fact, the rate I mentioned above of .08 per sq ft is on the LOW end of the scale.
