Commercial Property Management

So we are scoping out potential marketing targets. In looking around at area business complexes I've come across several commercial property management companies that lease out the sites in the complex/building. Some of them state "full service lease"

In your experience, do the commercial property managers usually arrange the floor care or is it up to the individual tenant? Wondering if we should reach out to some of the property managers or if it's better to start with individual businesses. We want to come across as educated!

If its apartment complexes they do. If it is condo's it is up to the condo owner unless they have the property manager handle it. This is what I've dealt with.

In business parks and most commercial buildings, it is up to the tenant to take care for their own carpet, and their own cleaning.
