The Cimex and the Mytee scrubber are totally different animals. The Mytee HD17 is a is a single disk 175 rpm rotary machine. It's a nice machine, but it's just a rotary. The Cimex is a PLANETARY scrubber with 3 heads spinning at 400 rpm's. The Cimex comes with a 6.5 gallon solution tank. The Cimex is a serious work horse. Not even the very best rotary can compare with the Cimex for scrubbing performance. The Cimex is more productive than any rotary machine. The best feature is that the planetary design scrubs the fiber from ALL DIRECTIONS (left and right simultaneously), whereas a rotary machine only scrubs in a large counter-clockwise loop. The Cimex also has no side top side torque; making it easier for new techs to learn, and it's easier on the body to work with it on larger jobs. A rotary can be a good simple scrubbing machine, but the Cimex is still the best scrubber for serious commercial work.
