How much is enough?

I currently run my Orbot with an extra 10 pounds in weight on the deck.  
It seems to produce better results with the extra weight.
How much is enough?  How much is too much?  
What do you do?

10 pounds is a nice amount of weight to add. I don't think you need more than 10 pounds though. We are now adding a 10 pound weight set to the VARIO machine too, and it adds a nice level of additional agitation to the scrubbing.
