I am intrested in starting a carpet maintenence program but I am not sure how to price it out. Does anybody out there have any ideas?

Need more information.

A Maintenance Program - like the one in the Releasit CMS Program is designed to factor various parts of the building with varying levels of service. This is not a one size fits all price. Rather it is a sliding scale based on the cleaning needs of the different sections of the building. At least that's how I've set up Maintenance Programs.
