Nice article, Rick! Residentially, it's nice to clean an entrance mat at no extra charge. Commercially, it's nice to clean the receptionist's or office manager's chair at no extra charge. Many times, they aren't even aware that you can clean furniture. A nice act that only takes a few minutes could be rewarded with more services in the future. And not having your hand amputated is also a nice bonus...

Yes Rick very good article! I actually clean throw rugs at no extra charge if I do the whole place. My customers really like that.
