Water stains
#1
I have a new client that I'm trying to impress. They have a hallway and two offices of glued down carpet (olefin) that have water stains through-out.
Stains have been there a long time. What would be the best way to handle this situation and wow the client? I have a cimex and a portable extractor.
Help!! Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend Encap-HydrOx. It normally does real well on  water stains.

Mix it strong 10 oz per gallon. Treat the water spots with that solution (minimal moisture with plenty of agitation).

Then clean the carpet like normal with Encap-HydrOx in your Cimex. Make extra dry-passes (plenty of agitation). Again, keep your moisture to a minimum. And speed dry the carpet.

An optional final step would be to post-bonnet clean the carpet with a MicroBeast bonnet and Encap-HydrOx. Once again, keep the moisture to a minimum.

Give this a shot. I think you'll have good results.
