Commercial Tile and Grout....

Are any of you doing commercial tile and grout work with your VLM equipment or do you find yourself reaching for the HWE gear?

I'm figuring restaurant t&g would require lots and lots of heat?

I ask because I was approached by a restaurant we normally do the carpet for. Now they want the tile and grout done.

I am ill prepared for the task at the moment....

It's pretty easy to do with my orbot ,t&G brush with weights. Good chemicals, hand brush with pole and a wet/dry vac. Mop and bucket to rinse. JMO It works for me.

Pre scrub, cimex with brushes then rinse extract with tm. turbo or spinner which ever.
use floor stripper Lowes $8.00 a gal using the cimex is a large labor saver.Peter B.

Although to a degree, you get what you pay for with most professional chems, I love hearing about good products that work great and are bargain priced.
