Ds2 vs Hydrox when to use

when to use which one Ds2 or Hydrox. 

I think you will say use hydrox on stuff like coffee and Ds2 on dirt but a lot of time the job has both and then i am just like ok which one. so any helpful clean cut guide would be nice
