We will be encapping carpet at church. We do not have machine to fit  between pews to clean carpet. Any recommendations
would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what to recommend if you don't have a small enough machine to scrub with. You could likely pick up a small used rotary scrubber, or even a little Koblenz scrubber, or an Oreck Orbitor. Or you may need to wand tight areas with HWE.

This little Koblenz machine is a toy, but it does work fairly well to scrub in really tight areas.

Another small but useful machine is the little Oreck Orbiter.
