DS2

Wink
Well I used my new batch of DS2 yesterday and today with the Cimex and am glad to report that it was an enjoyable experience. I HAD FOAM!!!!!!!!!

I quit using regular DS because of the smell when it got airborne and then quit using DS2 because it wouldn't foam.

But it is fixed now!

Good job Rick.

Thanks! Glad you noticed and like the changes Smile
We keep trying to make our stuff better all the time.
The new version of DS2 is working out well. Folks seem to like it.

We have a good chemist - or should I say we have a PATIENT chemist. I think I probably drive the folks in the lab nuts as I keep asking... can we do this? And then after they produce it - I'll invariably test it and then say... Nope; I still don't like it, can we try again? This process goes on and on till I finally get what I'm looking for. The chemists in the lab have the chemical know how, and I have the the field perspective of what we're hoping to achieve. It's through this collaboration over the past 12 years that we've produced the Releasit line and continue to refine the products.

Reminds me of WD-40 which stands for Water Displacement 40. They had tried 39 attempts to get the desired results, but they kept failing. On the 40th attempt they nailed it - hence the name WD-40. The Mazda Miata MX-5 stands for Mazda Experiment project 5. The MX-5 went on to be listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the best-selling two-seat sports car in history. Trial and error is how Edison invented the lightbulb. He tried thousands of filaments before he got what he was looking for.

In the same spirit we'll keep on trying to make the Releasit line better and better. I appreciate your feedback as well as the feedback we get from all our customers. That feedback goes into the thought process. And believe it or not, I still get out and clean some carpets too. It all comes together to feed the little gray cells with new ideas. And that's how we move the ball forward. Smile
