IICRC class for our staff
#1
We train and train and train our folks. But in addition to our in-house training - last week we put the crew through the two day IICRC CCMT course. Now our staff (in the red shirts) knows a little more than they did before. Knowledge is good. Smile

We won't receive the test results from the IICRC for about a month. But considering that 70% is a passing score - I'm confident that everyone did fine.

Everyone enjoyed the class and learned a few new things too.

That's a great initiative Rick.

It reminds me of the old saying:

"What happens if I train my staff and they leave? But what happens if I don't train my staff and they stay?"

BTW which one is Brenda? She was fantastic when I called and spoke to her last year.

Cheers

Here's the staff with names added.

The 3 people not wearing red shirts are not our employees. They were there just to take the class.

By the way... Rodney and Jo are husband and wife. Brian and Brenda are husband and wife. And Nancy and I are married. Tanoah's husband helps us on occasion too, but he's not a regular employee and didn't take the class. We really are a FAMILY business. Smile

Looks like you have some sharp offices there. I suspect the floors are very clean.

Also, you're a heck of a manger! That's quite an accomplishment being able to mange all those intertwined relationships.

Very impressed!
