Tired of playing "Spin the Bottle" with your SprayBorg solution bottles when removing them?
I only had my machine one week and it drove me crazy! So...
I made a lid that allows the hose-lines to remain still while you remove the lid. Works awesome..
More later..

I did the same quite some time back.
I separated the rubber grommets and put the hoses through only one.
YES, there is a small gap, this allows the lid to turn freely.

I almost never use my spray system anymore. I think shower feed is the way to go. Whatever chem I'm cleaning with, I put a concentrated solution in the tank to spray on heavily soiled areas, spots, etc.

One other thing whilst we are talking about jugs, (on the Sprayborg)

Mine was tight as, from day one to try and get the bottle in or out.
So I had the top of the frame cut in the middle at both the front and the back.
As soon as it was cut and a bottle inserted, the cut ends were about an inch and a half apart.
So I had a piece of metal welded into these gaps, then a plate welded to the front.
On this plate went my website in vinyl in the company colors.
The bottles now slide in & out with relative ease, but still firm so no rattles, and not a pain to remove anymore.

Thanks for that information, Shorty. I have the same problem with the Orbot bottles. Could you post a picture of your solution? Removing a warm, half-full bottle can even distort the plastic and render it useless.

I put some velcro strips (the soft fuzzy part of the velcro) around the inside lip of the top of the metal frame that holds the bottles. It allows the bottles to glide in and out and keeps noise to a minimum during operation.

Robert, this is all I could find at "short" notice.
I'll take a pic later today when I get a chance & post it tonight.
I'll be sure to remove the bottle. ;-)

Shorty, I am curious why you replaced the tank on Cimex as you mentioned.
