Are there any benefits to joining the BBB or the chamber of commerce. There was a report on them awhile back not so 20/20 or 60min not sure. I thought might with credibility.

My experience with both has been good. The BBB I think will help you more on the residential side, by becoming accredited, and flowing consumer reviews through their site. The Chamber is more about making connections that will help you get out in front of commercial work. In either case, you still have to be a marketing machine that cleans carpet/floors.

IMO Chamber doe's nothing for you but take your money and go out drinking. Not for me.
