That's kind of weird. It should have come up without too much trouble. But a strong solution of Encap-HydrOx is what I'd recommend. Mix a spray bottle at 4 oz per qt. Spray the spot, let it dwell, agitate the spot, blot the spot. Repeat as necessary until the spot disappears. Then clean like the carpet normal with either Encap or HWE.
