Yes that is a nice looking machine. I adapted the wave tank that Rick sells - same as the one pictured I think, to a Challenger pad machine and it works great with fiber pads!
I think op with gravity fed solution is a great setup for high production encap.
The Oreck lowboy would also be an awesome machine for the wave tank and shower feed. I'm sure Rick was way ahead of me on that one though.

My edge is somewhat jaded and jagged.
I'm TRYING to get the time to hook up my unit to run via:
(1) The pressure pump for bonnets.
(2) Divert from the pressure pump and shower feed for pads.
The older I get, the longer jobs take, and I seem to run out of time more quickly.
