Thanks to everyone for the comments, we used hydrox and hot water extraction with the rotovac. Presprayed it, let it dwell, scrubbed it with my swing machine and a bonnet pad to aggitate and loosen up the dirt and then rinsed it well with the rotovac. I actually just scheduled another cleaning today for this realtor.
