VARIO Pro Model
#1
The Vario machine has been a very successful machine ever since we introduced it.  We've received a lot of comments from end users who tell us that they're really pleased with its performance! We've also received a few requests suggesting that we add a handle to the front of the machine to make it easier to lift. We've been listening, so we went back to the drawing board again. We have now added a lift handle, along with a dual spray jet system to the front of the Vario (see images blow). Our goal is to not only produce the best value in an orbital machine, but to keep making it better too. Smile

Yes, looks realy cool. Why did you change from one spray jet to a dual spray system?

Two reasons:
1. We had to negotiate space on the front of the machine to mount a handle on the front.
2. By going to 2 spray jets, we were able to lower the spray jet brackets, which makes it easier to run under furniture.

P.S. We also changed the spray jets to balance out the new spray pattern. The spray pattern is dialed in perfectly!

Ah. Ok. Thanks. The machine looks great and the idea with the handle on the front should be very helpful!

I am curious which Jet size you use with the dual spray system to get the perfect spray pattern and enough solution?

I really like the look of the new Pro model.  Is there any way to upgrade the Vario 2 to the Pro version?

Hi Nevin,

Yes, we will be putting together an upgrade package for that. I will have the info in place later in the week. Just need to coordinate all the items and prices for the parts that need to be switched out. As soon as I have that info I'll post it here. Thanks for asking.

OK - we've grouped together a list of all the parts it takes to build the spray system. There are several parts in the kit:
Here's a link to a page with all the upgrade parts...  Upgrade Kit Click Here

I just want to understand this machine a little better. It says an "orbital" machine, is this an oscillating machine as well? Is it different than say an Orbitec or HOS Orbit or Trinity's? I currently have an Orbitec CX-20 and really want to add another machine to my company, and not necessarily another Orbitec! Thanks

Yes. Same functionality as the HOS Orbot, Orbitec, Trinity, etc. All have 1725 oscillations per minute.

We describe it is an orbital machine. Others describe there's as oscillating. Semantics. Wink

Wow this is a great looking kit, i know it will work great. I received my kit yesterday i will get it installed this week end. With jets being lowered and on a stronger piece of metal. Should get around and under some furniture BETTER. Plus having a handle to help move it too. Great
And something i done on mine was i cut 1" off of each handle with a tubing cutter. It has helped me a lot going along walls & turning it
