Question about the 4 steel "Rods" that go into the grommets...

on my 8 year Cimex the stock pad drivers fit fine...they never fall off when i am wheeling it around with the pad drivers off of the ground.

i put those 8 year old stock pad drivers on a newer Cimex recently and the old pad drivers will fall off when i lift the cleaning head off the carpet...especially if the heads are still spinning.

any tips on how to keep this from happening?

You need a new set of grommets for the old drivers.
