msc1917, here is another mod I did to my Orbot. It is 4 years old so it had the crappy old style clip/hinge on the handle. Very poor design. Prone to fail. If yours does too, this is a simple modification that really strengthens the handle for stair climbing and descending..Couple of pieces of steel angle, drilled and tapped and welded on.

Rick I'd like to thank you for making such a phenomenal product. To get the results I did on that carpet is amazing, getting those results with your basic encapp is just downright incredible.
