#1
I did a job for a client that has some concrete that is scuffed up. Anyone buffing concrete with their cimex?

The standard Cimex CR48 is a bit light for concrete grinding/polishing. You'd need to add weights to the CR48 to start to get results. Better yet, the CR48DF would be a more suitable option. The DF "Diamond Finisher" is heavier, you can add additional weights as well, it spins at 880 rpm as opposed to 400 rpm, and from top to bottom it's intended for GRINDING. My brother Dave 1800MarbleGuy.com has been running a couple of these for several years with excellent results!

Thanks rick. Wasn't looking to grind, just buff the scuffs.

We have the DiamondPlus pads for the Cimex that are great for what you're considering.

It still will be helpful if you can add a little bit of weight to the head of the machine.
