Building Your Commercial Cleaning War Chest....
#1
What's your ideal commercial floor cleaning equipment and accessory list?

What would you include in order to clean most any type of floors?

Floor types being in most important order:

1. Carpet
2. Tile and grout
3. Wood/laminate
4. VCT

1. Carpet = cimex + DS2
2. Tile and Grout = SX12+ PROCON TILE AND GROUT CLEANER

I don't offer the other two cleaning services

simple is better to me..

Agree with Leo

Carpet with Cimex + DS2 any day of the week.

But I would also add Punch for the traffic areas.

Cheers

Counting the Air Hog, it looks like you have three porties?

What are you using the LTD5 for? Strictly carpet?

Is the Air Hog/Water Otter for tile and grout? Is it the basic Air Hog? How are you liking the set up?

Speedster is the back up.

Air hog is basic, single vac model. It is a good little machine. Use it for T&G and water extractions in hard to reach areas or when I am too tired to pull out the LTD 5.

Air hog/water otter - good...setup time is the killer with hooking up water hose and drain hose...gets the job done

Ltd 5 carpet mostly but I will use it for t & g. Its a beast for a porty auto dump/fill are a must on a porty.

Cool.

I know you do mostly commercial. Is the Hog and Otter able to take on tough tile and grout?

How does it do on carpet in terms of dry times?

Thanks

Yes the cleanstorm is the same as the sandia. I like it ok. Just too many hoses and cords!!! I would much rather have a truckmount for tile and grout.

Great answers.

Do any of you feel that not owning a TM has been a hindrance to your business?

Again, speaking strictly commercial....
