Hi everyone,first time on here. Last year I bought the 19"Vario orbital machine. I used it 6 times. (My house 4 times, sister-in-law's 2 times and my bosses office at work once.) Point is: Its like brand new.
As motivated as I thought I was about starting a business, it just didn't happen. So It's for sale. It has the spray tank system on it also. I think I paid $2200.00 for it. I bought some pads and chemicals too. Anyway I'm thinking that $1500 for everything would be an excellent price. I live in Jacksonville Florida. Call 904-514-4917 if you're interested. Trying to get rid of wet dog smell. Cleaned carpet using hos orbot. I included some odorcide to the hydrox. Customers saying smell is back. Should I mist odorcide after cleaning and let it dry into the carpet?

I picked up a used cimex and it came with white brushes, I'm not sure if they are for carpet or tile. My question is how can I tell I don't see any numbers anywhere on the brushes. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I needed to buy a new auto scrubber, and settled on a Clarke Focus II BOOST 28". BOOST stands for Battery Operated Orbital Scrubbing Technology. The technology features a 14"x28" rectangular pad that scrubs at a rate of 2250rpms. Depending on the pad it will strip a floor using only water. I know it works because I've done two strips with it so far. There is a 20" Square Scrub floor machine & Clarke has the FM40 that comes with a solution talk. So here's my question, with the right pad can these be used with Releasit on carpets?

It's been asked if using hot water is helpful for encap cleaning? The short answer is - yes. Here is the science behind it.

In the late 1800s, a Swedish physicist named Svante A. Arrhenius, researching the connection between heat and energy, made an important finding that would impact cleaning forever. He discovered that for every 18-degree Fahrenheit (10-degree Celsius) increase in temperature over 118-degrees Fahrenheit (48-degrees Celsius), the amount of molecular energy released is doubled. This is known as the Arrhenius equation.

It's pretty simple to visualize how the hotter water thing works. Consider that your hands are filthy with grease. Try washing them with really cold water. Now try it with warm tap water. Now try again with hot water. We've all seen that hotter water will clean your hands faster. Same goes for dishes, laundry, etc.

The same rule applies to carpet cleaning. As the temperature increases it's easier to get the cleaning accomplished. True, the water will cool as it contacts the carpet. But I'd rather have the advantage of cleaning with warm, very warm, or even hot water - over cleaning with cold water.

Temperature is not the biggest slice of the TACT pie when it comes to encapsulation. Agitation is the major muscle for encap cleaning. Releasit products will work well with warm or even cold water.

I had a stain that wicked out of no where after doing a hot water extraction on a glued down 
commercial carpet, after several failed attempts of re-cleaning with HWE I tried the Releasit spotter and bam...problem solved. My question is... if I clean this carpet again next year with HWE what are the chances that stain will come back up?

I was going to email this question to you but then I thought others might want to know too so I'll post it here.

I bought a 10" CRB thru you back in Oct 2015.  Everything works good.  A little loosey-goosey with the handle attachment but I fixed that.  What I was wondering that now 2.5 years have gone by should I be doing some type of maintenance on the machine?  Greasing gears or anything like that?

Right now all I do is remove the brushes and wipe down the bottom of the machine, getting the gunk off, and then I spray a white lithium spray on the outside of the gear housing - both sides, and along the drive pins, and that's pretty much it.

Let's say that your looking at cleaning a building, 9 floors, with offices, apartments, etc.

You go into this building and the only floor you can do with your TM is the first floor. only true way up is the elevators.
Because of the building lay out you can not get to any stairs and the windows do not open.

How would you clean the hallways, there are 5 feet wide and 280 feet long, each floor, and how would you explain to managemant your cleaning process if ask?
