We are listed on page 1 of google #1 for carpet cleaning las vegas and carpet cleaning henderson. Since we are in different areas, I was hoping I could place your website link at the bottom of our web page in exchange for our link at the bottom of yours. I would use anchor text “Carpet Cleaning Oregon” and we would prefer the anchor text “Carpet Cleaning Las Vegas”. The font size of the link can be as small at font size 8. Very unnoticeable but adds a great benefit to the seo of both of our sites. Link exchanges only help benefit rankings. We currently get 45 unique visitors per day.

Today was my first day I didn't feel like a hero cleaning with encap. I had cleaned a dirty carpet that was previously cleaned by the "dry foam" guy. The residue from the previous cleaning was embarrassing! They had area rugs on top of carpet that actually felt glued to each other, yuk. I presprayed with hydrox then scrubbed with crb and followed up with pad cap.. When it dried I had dirt on the surface like wick back. To correct I lightly sprayed hydrox and used damp bonnets wrung out in mop bucket to lift soil...I have cleaned carpet that was 10 times worse and came out amazing so I'm thinking this was due to the previous sticky soap... So my ? is, what should I have done differently? I have hwe carpets with that dry foam residue and carpets still had tacky feel.

Hi, I found out this week that i can not get my custom labeled spotter anymore. This product was the best and had many people call me for more all the time. I am seeing if anyone else has found a great spotter to get custom labels as well to hand out to customers.

what (if any) is the benefit(s) of the newer Orbot counter balance?

i assume my 2008 model Orbot has the older style counter balance.

now it matches my Van, Cimex's and Dyson's

i'm thinking of relegating it to be my backup OP and i plan to start using the Orbot more. now i just gotta get the Orbot's plate decking powder coated yellow

For those of you doing residential "pad capping" are you using any post treatment protectors like scotchgard? I wonder how it would interact with an encap product?

How do you guys approach payment terms on commercial? Is 30 days pretty much expected?
I had one restaurant that I did monthly years ago that paid their bills every 2 weeks but I think most companies would expect 30 days.

Are many carpet cleaners using these over in the 'states & Canada??

Those of you that are, do they generate much business for you??
