  Tile cleaning without a truckmount?
Posted by: mark63 - 05-16-2014, 09:34 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (7)

I was wondering if any full-time encap cleaners that do not have truckmounts still offer tile cleaning, and how to clean them without a truckmount if they do. I just got rid of my truck-mount (no regrets) I have a CRB, cimex, and mytee portable no heat 200psi. I also have the hydro-force gekko tile accessories that would fit my portable.

  Dried soda on CGD
Posted by: mark63 - 05-14-2014, 01:26 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (5)

I have a job on Fri that has a large spot of dried soda on cgd. I use to crank up the heat on my truck mount and desolve it, but I will be encapping this?

  Dog Urine
Posted by: Tom Ingram - 05-12-2014, 01:59 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (12)

I'm going to clean 1 8x10 polyester rug and 2 8x10 wool rugs in the next week or so. The owners dogs have pee'd on them several times. I have some DS2 to clean with. What about the spots and odor?? What should I use for that?

Thanks...

  Bio-encap green?
Posted by: mark63 - 05-08-2014, 02:17 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (3)

I was wondering if Bio-encap green can be used on natural fibers and upholstery? also on a scale of 1-10 how it compares to "encap ds2" in cleaning results. I figure you have to give up something to make it green that you wouldn't otherwise?

Stains on natural carpet fibers (non-wool)
Posted by: Hoss - 05-07-2014, 04:13 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (8)

Received a request to remove a spot / stain from a carpet that is 'natural' fiber (non-wool). So, I imagine that it must be sisal, seagrass, hemp, jute, or coir. I don't know the nature of the stain or the extent of it - only that 'water made it worse'.

I am hesitant to use vlm, even with the gentlest application - since even vlm relies on moisture that may be inappropriate for some of those fiber types. So, my other option is dry cleaning. I don't have quick local access to Abzorb which I would normally use with the CRB. Does anyone have a good feel for Milliken Capture Dry Carpet Cleaner?

Thanks!

Pads for cut pile residential carpet
Posted by: CleanRite Carpet Cleaning - 05-07-2014, 09:33 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (2)

Hi Everyone- first post. I've been encapping for about 1 year using realeasit DS and like the results. I use encap primarily for high rise apartments and commercial. I use the fibre plus pads, however when I use these pads on cut pile carpet I have to post vacuum as there are little balls of fibre everywhere. Are these pads too aggressive, maybe I should use white pads or the superzorb cotton pads. Anyone else experience this. Thank you

  CRB wool rug and fuzz?
Posted by: mark63 - 05-03-2014, 07:25 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (3)

I cleaned a wool area rug with my CRB machine today. It would have been great, accept a lot of the fuzz it was pulling up stayed on the rug. I tried going over it slow then fast and then over and over. Finally I used my vacume while the rug was still damp and that worked good enough. Any tips, I figure there has to be a way to get all the fuzz up with just the CRB?

We were recently considering a couple of ads for the upcoming Cleanfax magazines.
We thought of several key benefits of Releasit. Here are our top two.

2 of the top reasons Releasit is so popular: Performance & Cost-effectiveness.
