T-rex for bonnet cleaning |

Hey guys, I've got a question for you.
I'm primarily a crb, truckmount extract guy, however, I get a handful of high rise condos to clean every month that can't be reached with the truckmount and those are my concern right now. I had been scrubbing with my 175 and then extracting with my portable but I'll be honest I absolutely HATE using the portable. It's a good one but 2 extention cords, a dump hose, fill hose, solution hose and vacuum hose to manage along with the occasional tripped breaker and loud machine is just getting to be a little much to handle particularly in these small condos. Not to mention the room in the van and the weight lifting it in and out.
When I got my crb I started experimenting on these condos with crb/175 combo using release it products and it's really working well and that's the direction I want to go.
My 175 is old as dirt and looks that way so I want to upgrade.
I was thinking of a mytee 175 but since I'm always looking for a way to spend money I don't have [WINKING FACE] it dawned on me that I could get a T-rex with the bonnet head and I could have a bonnet cleaner and rotary extracter in one and save some room on the van.
So all that to ask is there any reason a T-rex would not work to bonnet clean? It would be used in conjunction with the crb.

I never hear anyone mention the uses of the brushes for the cimex machine. Could someone give me some good examples of what they could be used for?

pet urine / odor encapsulation |

Switching over to encap cleaning, getting rid of my truck-mount. one of my customers dog just passed on. She wants everything cleaned and mentioned urine problems. Can I encap and use odorcide or should I use the truck-mount. I wont have the truck-mount option for long, I'm getting a portable for the hopefully few times I need to extract. I am not going to do the pad or saturate the backing at this point, just a basic cleaning with a deodorizer?

Selling to Churches, Chains, and Local Government Buildings |

I want to thank everybody on the board for their support and knowledge. I know I'm not a frequent poster here, but thanks to many of you I'm off to a good start. I've been doing fairly well selling to privately held businesses and even smaller bank chains, but in this area the largest potential for carpet cleaning jobs are in churches, national chains, and government buildings (of which there are many).
How do you folks sell to these organizations? Chains almost always tell me that their regional or corporate office sends carpet cleaners from out of town. I've only talked to one church, but they all but chased me off their lawn, and I wouldn't even know where to begin on government contracts (city, state, or federal).
Don't worry, I'm not in your market so your not in danger of losing business
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

A great big Thank You to Excellent Supply for making my business successful!
As a female business owner Excellent Supply has given me all the tools necessary to make me feel confident when I go and do a carpet clean! I have the CRB and Vario machines and they have been great to me. The mytee boss sprayer is wonderful for any job big or small. And now I have the Zebra spotting brush to help out with spotting. Looks to be a great tool!
Thank You to the Excellent Supply Team!!!!! Heidi

Been using the Orbot for most of the winter for encapping.
Now that spring is finally here, the big jobs are calling.
Had a huge job so I dug out one of the Cimex machines for it.
Noticed that the solution was flinging out instead of dropping through the pads. Clogged? No!!
The plastic caps/plugs were somehow gone ????
Not wanting to drive back for another machine, I improvised with some of those foam ear plugs. Worked great and job got finished.
Got to order some new plugs..
