I want to use Hydrox with a HWE

Hot Water Extraction: Mix Encap-HydrOx at 1-2 oz per gallon in portable extractors.

How would you pretreat the area first?? (New to Encap).

  Dead battery ???
Posted by: Shorty - 10-03-2013, 06:50 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (5)

I presume that many of us carry a device that is battery powered.

We all probably have many batteries floating around.

How do you tell, if you don't have a multi-meter, which battery is worth keeping.?

This is a simple test, (I love simple).

Now I haven't tested this, so I don't know if it's true.

Check it out.

  High profile bonnet question....
Posted by: lee@deepclean.us.com - 10-02-2013, 11:01 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - No Replies

There are times when I would like to use a high profile or "loopy" type string bonnet on my Orbot. I find that type of bonnet folds under the machine and does not work at all. I have tried a glide with no success as well. These tend to work well on standard 175 machines. Has anyone had any success using these type of string bonnets on orbital machines and what is your secret? Thanks!

I received a call asking for a carpet cleaning estimate for the North Lake Library District in North Lake Illinois - a bit west of Chicago and somewhat far for me to go Smile .

Is anyone in that area who wants to do a library system?

You can use me as a referral - I was recommended through OCLC.

  Releasit DS2

Well i have to say on this side of the pond (UK) there are mixed feelings about encap as a cleaning process. I recently took the challenge of trying releasit DS2 and using Hydrox as a spotter. The results were stunning. I am well impressed with it. Did an office yesterday, excellent result. End of tenancy domestic polyprop that i was pretty dirty, turned out great. Another office in the morning and i cant wait to get started with it.
Office tomorrow is pretty dirty. Not sure if i should use DS2 and spot with Hydrox or just hydrox the lot. Your thoughts?

  Question about LowBoy axle
Posted by: OXIGREENGUY - 09-27-2013, 04:28 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - No Replies

I have about 1/2 inch of play between the outside of the spring loaded aluminum mounts and the inside of the wheels. The axle is free floating and slides from side to side during cleaning. You can clearly see the aluminum is transferring onto the steel axle were it's sliding back and forth. Should these areas be lubricated? Will the aluminum "egg" out?

Well........I just got a phone call from ES and they told me about two small set crews on the lower back of the aluminum axle mounts. I'm sure it was in the instructions but I managed to over look it being a dummy.LOL

Thanks so much for the quit call back "Friday evening" !

Is anyone getting good results with their CRB on commercial glue down?

If so what are you using?

Brushes, Chemicals, Dwell time, On board sprayer or pump up sprayer etc.

Thanks
