I have a very nice cimex for sale that comes with grout cleaning brushes. I am asking $1,600.00 for both
I also have a like new mighty M12 carpet tile and grout cleaning machine for sale. It is capable of cleaning grout at 1200 psi and has automatic pump out and auto fill. It also cleans carpet with heat. This comes with 50 foot of hose and carpet cleaning wand. I am asking $1700.00 for this package.
I am located in Vero Beach Florida and can be reached at 772-708-2623

Stair Climbing Wheel Set for CRB |

Does anyone use the stair climbing wheel set with their CRB? I can't seem to find any information on how these are used - where they attach - and if they are used while cleaning stairs or simply transporting the CRB over stairs.
Many of my jobs are in strangely configured old mansions that have been chopped up into condos or apartments. Stairs can be a beast - the pitch on some would surely have to have been grandfathered or great-grandfathered in to be allowed under code. They often tack down wool/ oriental style runners that wear well but get pretty nasty. If the CRB could be easily navigated down them scrubbing as it went, that would save me quite a bit of time and effort using the Micro-Orbot.
Thanks!

For Sale: Pacific Steamex Tsunami (Steamin Demon) |

Rick, if this is a no-no, please feel free to delete this thread.
This is a really nice unit in great shape. This is the same as a Steamin Demon, only better in my opinion since it's made with stainless steel. These are super reliable and easy to work on. A great TM backup, stand alone cleaning unit, or a great way for a low moisture cleaner to have HWE capabilities.
This includes a green glide (used on 3 jobs), 60' of hose, sink fittings, spray wand. I also have 40' of extra hose that would just need to have some fittings put on the ends.
I picked up this unit a couple months ago. I don't believe it's been used but a handful of times.
Asking $1200 or possibly trade for a CRB
I also have another one available without a glide in excellent condition for $1000

Doing a small commercial job tomorrow night. Pretty straight forward, except one thing - staples stuck in the carpet.
It's just in one area, but they're everywhere.
How do I get them out with relative ease?
Thanks!

Urine in carpet |

Came across 2 area rugs used by a dog. Often. The urine went all the way through to the backing. Used Proxy HDOX on it. Liberally. Let set for about 20 min then used a sz to absorb up alot. Client can still smell some faint urine. What else can I use to get it better? Was thinking of some deodorizer. But that is like spraying cologne on a non showering person.

Hello, last night i did my second job with cimex with DS-2, it came out great! I have been cleaning carpets with HWE for 3 years but started as a T&G cleaning business. Just wanted to say hello! I posted some pics of last nights commercial job, so much easier then HWE on commercial carpets.
BTW how is cimex with area rugs?
Thanks
Sorry i could not post pics.
